Description

Refreshing lemon basil seed detox drink made with soaked basil seeds, fresh lemon juice, and honey. High in fiber, hydrating, and perfect for digestion and weight support.


Ingredients

    • 1 tablespoon Lemon Basil Seed (dry)
    • 1 cup water (for soaking)
    • 1 cup cold water (for drink)
    • Juice of ½ fresh lemon
    • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
    • Ice cubes (optional)
    • Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

    1. Add Lemon Basil Seed to 1 cup of water and soak for 15–20 minutes until gel-like.
    2. In a glass, add cold water and lemon juice.
    3. Stir in the soaked seeds.
    4. Add honey and mix well.
    5. Add ice and mint if desired. Serve immediately.
